Personal Accident and Effects

What is PAE (Personal Accident and Effects)?

The Personal Accident and Effects (PAE) Insurance provides coverage for accidental death and medical expenses for the renter and all vehicle passengers. The renter is covered for accidental bodily injuries during the entire rental period (24 hours a day). Passengers are covered while they are in the vehicle and while getting in and out of it.

The service is provided by Zurich American Insurance Company, and the primary driver can purchase it by paying an additional fee specified at the time of booking and in the rental agreement.

The coverage period cannot exceed a period of 30 consecutive days.

What is the scope of this insurance?
